A few weeks back I bought a lovely Chippy Heath vintage telephone table and when it arrived it was pretty smashed up. I was so disappointed! I wanted to restore it to it's former 1950's glory so after a little researching I found a Richard McPhee and I cannot praise him highly enough. He fixed it in a week and his pricing is extremely reasonable. My table is now beautiful and you can't even see it was damaged now. I really recommend him, so if you need any furniture repairing or polished go to him!

Richard has repaired several of our household pieces of furniture, many inherited and in need of considerable attention. Richard restored them sensitively and skilfully and we are able to continue using and enjoying them in our daily life. We have recommended him to friends, and are glad to do so more generally.

Richard fixed a very delicate set of glass cabinet doors for us and did a mighty fine job. He has been in business on Muspole Street since I was born in 1984. You don't stay in business that long unless you really know what you're doing! Richard is a rare breed these days and a true gentleman to boot. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for repairs or restoration work and neither should you!
