Scott Clegg1 StarI accompanied someone else here to collect a vehicle. They attempted to over charge an elderly lady for her vehicle that was in their impound, and it was made to sound like she was getting a discount for cash despite being overcharged by £50. When pointed out to them what the actual cost should be, it was made to sound like a favour for cash -despite the costs being fixed / known in advance / set out in a daily schedule! Luckily this elderly lady had her wits about her, or she may well have paid £50 over the odds. Not cool, so beware. If you are dealing with the impound side of this business (a very small piece of their overall service) make sure you calculate exactly what you should be paying in accordance with the set out schedule of charges... It is a good job that my friend did this, otherwise she would have been ripped off.Monday 28th February 2022

Peter Reid5 StarRichford attended my vehicle last night having been subcontracted out by the RAC. Unlike the RAC, when I called them at half past midnight I got to speak to a human being. They assured me that a motor mechanic was on his way to us from the Barnsley area and would be with us in around an hour’s time.
When he got to us (special shout out to Jordan who was excellent!) he managed to get us back on the road which was very unexpected as we thought we would have to have the vehicle recovered. 10/10 for Richford. Can’t say the same unfortunately about the RAC.Tuesday 17th August 2021

Gordon Chard5 Starneeded towing back to the house. The RAC sent these guys out. The job turned out to be incredibly complex took about 2 hours to get the car on and off the thing. The guy worked really hard in the heat and was incredibly patient.Friday 9th July 2021
