I have no problem with workers from over seas however I see It as essential that they can speak basic English but non of there lads could put together a sentence witch caused problems. There after care was terrible. Spoke to a older chap in the office that was boarder line aggressive . Not happy atall not a good service with even worse after careThursday 12th November 2020

However, I was pleasantly surprised to find they were very reasonably priced and the staff were very knowledgeable and approachable. Jim Hands5 StarMy wife and I decided to visit Richmond Ceramics to see what tiles we would like for our bathrooms. We went for ideas as the house we are building is in Ireland so never expected to find a tile we both loved at a price we loved even more. We were highly delighted to be told Richmond Ceramics could arrange transport of the tiles to our new home for a very small charge. Darren Arranged everything and the tiles were packed on a pallet and shipped, all arriving perfectly well before I had the task of fitting. From start to finish Richmond Ceramics have been nothing short of perfect. Thank you so much Darren and the bathrooms look great.Monday 9th April 2018
