My second meal from Rickshaws, the first I ordered for delivery, unfortunately it took an hour and a half to get 3/4 mile to me after I called them, however, the food was very good and, what's more they didn't charge me for it because of the delay. This time I went and collected the meal, the service was good but they must have changed chefs, because the food was well below average. Sorry guys, just saying it as it is.

Ordered a takeaway for the first time from Rickshaw and unfortunately, it was an utter disappointment all round. Food arrived 2 hours after placing the order, needless to say it was stone cold and tasted awful. Called restaurant continuously to ask where our order was and they continued to say they were very busy and it should be with us any minute. They also refused to put us through to a manager or offer a refund. Safe to say this will be our first and last order!
