This is our third house now that we have used Ridgwells for (as well as our extended family). As usual a fantastic install, smooth, clean and professional. He has a great team and the customer is a prority.

We have been wanting to replace our porch for some time. Ridgewells was recommended to us by a neighbour rhat had previously used them. So happy we did. 5 star service from coming out to do.the quote to.the conpletion or the work has been superb. We do want to get our windows done at a later date and we will be definitely coming back to Ridgewells. Thank.you to.you all absolutely amazing service.

I don’t really know how others rated Ridgwell 5 stars!!! This has been the worse service I have ever come cross. Failing such a simple administrative service, I dread to think of their project work had I ever appointed them to do any. I was only trying to get a quote of a conservatory I hope to install. I submitted the online enquiry form on the 22/02/2021. This was followed by phone calls and email, providing photos of the house for the conservatory is to be installed with specifications. This again followed by more phone calls 2-3 weeks later to see if any survey appointment could be made. The same old answer - someone would call me back to make a survey appointment. Well, this is now over a month and I still haven’t had any response.

Over the last 10 years, Steve has replaced all of our wooden window frames with bespoke uPvC frames of the best quality. 2 years ago, Steve and the Team erected the most stunning conservatory to the rear of our house to replace a decking. The quality of the build and the excellent support from Steve and the friendly team have transformed our lives forever for the better. I would reccomend Steve Ridgewell and his Team for ALL conversions, including wall and floor tiling and general finishing off work as well. Thanks Steve.
