Carly1 StarSent back a item I purchased online over 21 days ago now (which they say is the full term of getting your refund back) still haven't received the refund. Then they tried to tell me they hadn't received the item, so I check with royal mail and it was delivered the day after I posted it! Then got promised a refund in the next 24hrs....only to be told after them 24hrs my refund will be with me in the next 5 working days...and still no email .????Friday 18th December 2020
