Sandra Bartusecičiūtė1 StarCustomer service is horrible. Shop assistant was rude and impolite. I wanted to buy trousers and only when paying saw that they were dirty. I asked sales assistant if there is something she can do about it. She replied to me 'Are you buying them or no' without offering a change. I immediately replied no and left the shop. Never coming back there again, until they train their staff to respect the customer.Saturday 6th April 2019
