Naila 12341 Starriverside nursing home is a good care home. I have worked through the agency there. But one thing that bothered me was that one of nurses treated me rudely. They despise the agency staff. Let me say one thing, everyone is working, whether agency staff or permanent staff. Then why discriminate only against agency staff. One day when I asked for a break, she said that could not afford it. We are agency workers and human, and we have hunger and thirst 😇. So be kind to everyone. I was amazed to learn about the virtual events/events in place for the residents at this time. Riverside are really going the extra mile to banish any myths around care homes at this time! WELL DONE TO THE RIVERSIDE TEAM!!!Tuesday 18th May 2021
