Ordered food pizza was terrible, called them back was told they don't make mistakes they do this everyday bloddy gordan ramsay, terrible attitude never going there again, guy looks like a panda stay away unhygienic, pizza cooked in volcano

One of the worst experiences ever. Ordered food for collection worth £65 and recieved missing and wrong items. When I called up explaining the situation the employee started to argue with me over the phone saying no its your fault. They refused to deliver home in-time and argued that we must have made the mistake. For what it's worth don't bother ordering if you want everything because the guarantee is you won't receive all of your food. Shocker!

Ordered food it was ok but only problem is they took almost an hour to get it ready when estimated time was 20 mins then had added a slice of cheese to the one burger and rest were without one, fair enough as didn’t really ask to put in the cheese but then couldn’t work out which burger is which as had few different ones so it was confusing. Secondly they didn’t include any sauces with the chicken even when asked for it but once came home realised no sauces in the bag. I would have thought taking that long to prepare it they wouldn’t miss anything out but still mistake.

Have ordered a few times but this last time was repulsed to find a fried Daddy Long Legs in with the chips. My son mentioned that his friend had a pizza the other week with the same issue. Needless to say, this was our last visit to Roadhouse.
