Tracey Donworth1 StarMr Bell was a very rude man, and I go as far as to say a bully. He wasn't concerned at all for my health. I rented a property for 6 months which he was managing. It was damp from the start, they had just painted over it.
When I started to complain that it wasn't being dealt with. He told me if I didn't like it I could move.
