Anna Smith1 StarOur delivery was so late (one month) we assumed it had been lost. We ordered the same thing again and it all turned up together and we had double the stuff! When we tried to start returns, they wanted photos (why?! - never heard of that before). We sent photos which they say they didn't get. We forgot to reply after this which I do accept, due to this painful process and that we just assumed they would come and pick up. Because we didn't reply to their emails on time, they will not accept our return because they apparently have to send returns back to their supplier and their return date had expired. Do they return all returns? I thought they were a supplier themselves. I appreciate we were late in our responses but what would be the harm in taking this stuff back as we were paying for the delivery. There is a big warehouse in the picture which must have storage space. All this now goes to landfill! What a waste of materials and a shame for the environment.Tuesday 29th March 2022
Stephen Jones1 StarTerrible service and product delivered in an unusable state.
When writing to query delivery dates, which took an age and to complain that the roofing sheets that were delivered damaged, all of them, they do not reply.
I have currently paid for items which are not usable, they do not reply to emails or refund the money.

Dionysis Tzilalis5 StarFirstly the have a wide variety of specialist products, great knowledge of products and amazing customer service. The was an issue with my order delivery date on my first order and due to the customer service they provide the problem was resolved in the best manner possible. Due to this experience I am now a returning customer and I will be using them for all roof related projects I have.
Furthermore on the products I bought they had the lowest price of all the websites I researched.

Lots of helpful advise from Reg and with no pushy sales and didn't try to sell a more expensive brand. Delivery was free, next day and installation was simple.
