Martin Cronshaw5 StarWe stopped in for pub food. Best burger by far. We call in as many local pubs as possible on our tour of the forest of Dean. Would have liked to try their home made ice cream, but was too full, and, it wouldn't have made the 25min drive back to our cottage. Pub was quiet when I went, staff nice and friendly. Regardless of dietary requirements they made it work and taste great. As normally most places I go I always feel the odd one that could only order a side of salad. Here I could order a bang up lovely meal. 5 stars well earned.Friday 29th July 2022

Daisy Macleod5 StarStopped off after a long walk and ending up having the best roast we have had to a LONG time. Proper home cooked food made with love, which you could taste! It was a bit of a wait for the food but worth every second. Homemade desserts were also incredible. Live music added to the already lovely atmosphere.
