I can highly recommend Rowntree Partnership, and Wayne in particular. Having decided to make our kitchen and dining room ‘open plan’ it was necessary to employ a structural engineer to produce the required structural drawings and calculations. Having explored several other engineers it was clear that the team at Rowntree had a solid grasp of the work required, and they also provided us with a very competitive quote. We dealt with Wayne throughout, who was both approachable and professional. The site survey was conducted quickly and efficiently, and the required drawings and calculations produced in a timely manner. Due to unforeseen site conditions it was necessary to make several of alterations and amendments to the drawings. Wayne was attentive to these, and was happy to revise the drawings as required. He was also very patient and understanding to talk these revisions through with both me and my building contractor. Thanks for the fantastic and professional service. I would happily recommend Rowntree Partnership.

Highly recommend. Dave Williams was very knowledgeable, approachable and explained everything fully on site, then followed up with a detailed report in writing in a timely manner. He even offered the names of reputable firms to contact re the remedial work required. We couldn't ask for more.

Always nice to receive emails like this one a short while ago from Mrs. K. Farmer: I have undertaken two major building projects in the last two years. Rowntree Partnership were suggested by my builder as the " go to" firm for the structural aspects of the project. I found Rowntree Partnership to be approachable and professional. I can highly recommend Rowntree Partnership. I had excellent advice and guidance in resolving the problem I had with cracking masonry on my external brickwork. David Williams quickly established the likely cause of the problem and gave me details of how the repair should be carried together with the names of specialist contractors who could carry out such work. The whole process was dealt with in a very efficient, friendly professional manner and completed in just a few weeks. Fantastic service.
