I had a parcel sent to me
The postman had it in his van and I was sent confirmation that it was delivered 09/02/2022
It wasn't.
I waited a day, and again on the 10/02/2022 I had a message from the postman to say he had delivered my parcel.
He hadn't.
I took all morning Friday ringing customer service and they could not locate my parcel.
