Never turned up to pick up our 4 bags of parcels and letters so all our mail is going out a day late, including the first class which customers have paid for. The driver who arrived today said there was no one to cover, he's just the driver, shout at the people in charge. I've tried the number listed, it doesn't work. Appalling service as usual. Not worth a single star but I can't post without leaving one. =(

Recently received a photo of my Grandson in an envelope marked " Please do not Bend " Not hard to work this one out , I found the envelope folded in half in my Pigeon hole. So now I have a photo of my Grandson with a line across his face. Not only was the delivery person to Lazy to knock on my door they also couldn't read. Absolute Shambles

I was having problems obtaining a parcel, until I encountered Chris on the customer service desk. I no longer have a problem, but I do have my parcel!! You're a star. Thanks again AW.

Just dropped a parcel off at the customer service point in Oxford Rd Clacton. On the wall is a sign about treating staff with respect, and treat them how you would want to be treated. What a joke, the man who served me seemed to have a whole portion of chips on his shoulder, he arrogant and rude.
