Took my car to them while they where still in Ludgershall for a restoration project, had to chase them to complete work, communication from them was very poor with hardly any updates or details of work carried out or cost. I would pop in and pay money upfront most months to show good will from myself. Most of the parts they did ask for they seemed unable to get? I sourced paid and had delivered for them! In the end l sent email saying l would just pick the car back up but after that they reassured me the work would be done and the car mot'd for me to collect. Upon arrival l was shocked to see the car had hardly changed and any new parts where literally what l had supplied. 2.5k spent and the list of outstanding jobs to do, no details of work carried out or what my money has been spent on, however a full mot without any advisories, they even laughed when l said l was driving home to Devon as not even driven the car since dropping of with them 2 and a half years ago!. But new mot with no advisories on? very questionable. Would l use again, no way

The worst garage service I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist lied to me about the work conducted and the reason for the labour charge. When I politely raised my concerns in a professional manner the garage owner became very aggressive and threatened me several times. The garage competency is very poor despite having a good appearance. Save yourself the trouble and use a professional competent garage instead

The guys at RVS provide a top quality service. polite professional and always willing to help. I have now had an alloy diamond cut refurbished through RVS alongside a recent custom exhaust, and its safe to say the quality of workmanship is top level. I highly recommend the services they provide 5*
