S B Autos of Roughton - North Norfolk

On holiday in the area when my exhaust fell off and disappeared. The local exhaust centre was fully booked but gave me directions to SB Autos. How lucky was I. I drove past twice because it looked like a dirt track. I thought the sat nav was wrong lol. I turned in past the trees and there was the big old fashioned workshop. Old fashioned means highly skilled, and properly priced. They got to work straight away and had us back on holiday in less than an hour. I used to work in a garage so I know how good they are, and so friendly as well. They will be my first choice in Norfolk always. Thanks Steve and team. Steve and his team are fantastic and have looked after my vehicles for several years.I wouldn’t use anyone else.They are honest,reliable,hard working,genuine and will go the extra mile to help out as they have done many times in the past.Thankyou all,you do me proud! again, steve fitted me in to his very busy schedule and overhauled the brakes on my trusy passat, and carried out investigative works for some other bits too. he and the lads work so well to keep the customer happy (and safe), we are so lucky to have him on our doorstep. On holiday near Cromer and had a puncture. Asked a local friend if we could borrow her Yellow Pages to find local tyre suppliers, expecting to have to go into Norwich for them. She recommended Steve at SB Autos and rang him to ask where he would suggest. He said to bring the car in that morning, he ordered the tyres we needed and fitted them for us in 20 minutes the following morning. Fast, efficient, very helpful and for a very reasonable cost. It meant we could carry on enjoying our holiday without having to worry. Thanks again Steve. On holiday in North Norfolk,recommended by managers of Laburnum Caravan Park.Efficient service,Steve and mechanics polite and helpful.Will definetly use again and will recommend to others.Only garage that has rang us to tell us our car was ready!. Thanx. with a 6 hour drive home we pulled into two garages which both had no air facility limping into SB with little hope we asked the gentlemen if it was possible to fix our puncture and he replied yes if you can leave it with me "GGULP we want go home its going to be 8.00pm when we get home now, and although very busy and obviously in the middle a job smiled and said he would do it there and then,life saver we thought but he really turned into god when we asked for the cost and he said ?10.00 i could of kissed him, I would just like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you and it is much appreciated!!! keep up the good work.

I have left my car in the parking for over 11 months. My neighbour took it for a drive and said the car needed attention. I spoke to Steve at the garage on Friday and by Monday they had picked up my car checked it and returned it to my parking. I now have confidence the car will work when I arrive back in England this week. They have been an immense help in difficult times.

Been using these guys for years, purely because they do what needs to be done, nothing more nothing less, they advise, can't tell you how many times they've got me out of trouble, once was Christmas Eve two years ago. For me the best local garage I know and I'm a taxi operator.
