£20000 Audi q5.should have looked closer but with that price tag and nice area thought I would be safe.Cars been in front end smash wings bonnet all replaced and sprayed, trims missing and nobody knows anything about it.Been moted but all tyres were original and very perished to the point of dangerous have pics and proof so not sure how it passed mot.Engine management light comes on after 3 weeks, they have car for nearly a week then come back on after 3 miles.Car goes back with near full tank and I have tracker on it and its been driven Dailey even going to someones house at night.When back they had done 350 miles and used most of the fuel.did ring and say I can see car and where its been going and promised fuel.wife rang and spoke to main man and all he did was moan about how hard it is to have a business. So far spent over £2000 on tyres and maintenance on top of £20,000 asking price plus going in this week for respray on wing and passenger door. Car will then be sold with everything put right as unlike sj rayner I have a conscience

Great experience from the initial telephone contact to collection. Steven Novak is my ideal salesman - transparent, straight-talking, not pushy. Glad to avoid the usual finance pitch! With my health issues at the time I didn't want to deal with the fuss of a hard sell. He made the transaction a smooth and easy process. From start to finish the experience has been amazing. Spoke to them yesterday and even being 170 miles away, they managed to fill me with confidence to buy site unseen. The Car was well prepared for collection with a fresh service & MOT the team is absolutely amazing, they even offered to pick me up from the train station. Definitely worth the 8 hour round trip, Will contact them first when looking for my next car.
