I have been going to SN Auto Services for the past 4 years. I wish I had found them earlier. Steve who owns the business is one of the best most conscientious mechanics I have ever come across. His knowledge on cars is second to none. My two sons also go to SN Auto Services. All replaced parts are kept for you to see. A truly honest mechanic.

Steve was amazing. I had an oil leak just before my holiday with an adapted wheelchair vehicle which could not be easily be replaced with a hire vehicle. He went above and beyond to fix the leak when my own garage that I normally use did not have time to see me. I could not recommend him highly enough. He is a proper gentleman and in this instance my hero. I will definately be choosing him over the other garages I have used in sunbury

He is a HORRIBLE mechanic. I took my car he said one of the injectors is broken u need to replace it and it costs about £400. I said can’t we get used he said no I only buy new ones. I said ok but I can only afford £400 so can you please check and if it will cost more than £400 then please don’t do the work I can’t afford it just call me before you start. He said “ya ok”. Next morning he calls and says car is done come pick it up it costs £445!!! I said what? I already asked u to tell me before u do that. He said well it’s done and fixed now and u need to pay it. I borrowed the extra and went to pick up the car I said can I please have the injector you took out of the car he said u have to pay £35 for me to give that to you. I said what do you mean it’s my way injector from my car he said no sorry we have to send it for “replacement” you want it you pay. I said but you said you only use new ones what do u mean replacement, he said well this is it! What he did was fraud and he was so very rude. And maybe because I’m a single mom and have no clue about cars but he has no professional integrity at all. I just paid took my car and left because I didn’t know what to do. There are many decent mechanics in that area. Unless you know all about cars and have the time and energy to argue, then don’t go there. That’s my personal experience.
