Few months ago i did a service with them (filters change + oil). They broke connector in outlet hose and use plastic strap to connect it to the filter. They left old Fuel and oil filters but i paid for New. Because of the broken connector in hose I had diesel leaking everywhere from the overFlow clear hose... This is how you taking care of the customer whos always coming back? F... You. I could kill my family because of such scammers. Fuel was dripping for few months

AVOID AVOID AVOID 😡no customer service at all they don’t know what they doing I had left my car for half day to sort out coolant repair and I ask I need ac repair as well. I called them no reply then later I get phone call and they said need to change new radiator for coolant leakage and Ac need a valve change. And they saying they can do ac today (£50)and radiator another day when they got part I said ok do the AC today I neeed it and then they say we will call in an hour. Wait till 2 and half hour no phone call 🤔🤔and I call them they say your car will be ready in half an hour when I went there they said they could not even fix the AC because they can’t change valve so I need to change whole pipe I said ok change it then then they say they don’t have part and I still need to pay £50. So I did not get anything fix and waste my time and still nothing been sorted. When I said to the guy I’m not happy at all and he replied in anger “ go somewhere else next time don’t come here”and start laughing 😳 And you can not pay by card they need cash only😟

I have known Spas and used his services for years. It is hard to find novadays somebody you can trust with your car. He looked after all of my cars within that time, also my daughter's and my son's. Now I rely on Spass more than ever, since I have become a driving instructor. He is reasonable priced, upfront and honest. Just briliant. Thank you Spas!

Dave owner of 2011 Vauxhall Insignia Went to s&s this morning as was having issues with steering and vibrating through steering wheel(bloody balancing and alignment AGAIN) Explained what issues I had to the owner, he asked me for some history of the vehicle any recent work been done etc, so explained what had been done from shocks coils springs front and rear n/s driveshaft inner and outer track rods and ends.explained that alignment and balancing had been done a couple of days ago but still problems. So owner got on with checking the alignment and showed me on the computer what the issue was and explained in detail what issues it could and was causing and then showed me on the computer after he had adjusted alignment he then re balanced front wheels which again he showed me whilst he made the adjustments, he then asked me to take for test run with him to see if everything was better whilst on test run we both noticed slight vibration coming from rear so once we returned he re balanced rear wheels. It was a long process of two hrs and Cost me £80 you pay for what you get don’t you! I can say 100% that I am very happy with the outcome car drives and handles much much better no vibrations and steering near perfect This man and his son are both very knowledgable and efficient I’d highly recommend this family company and will be using them again in the future for sure
