We've had our alarm system for about a year now, service has been excellent from the moment we contacted them. The system was discussed with us and the best option was suggested. The installation was done smoothly and the engineer took the time to fully explain the system to us. Real peace of mind having a fully monitored system on our property.

I have been with the Alarm company since we moved into our house 4 years ago. I can not rate this company enough. They supply a live monitoring system for both intruder and fire and also supplied my hi quality CCTV system and door entry system, all of which is controlled by either an app or a handy fob. We have had a few false alarms due to either me or my wife not activating the alarm correctly and within 2 minutes we have had a prompt and polite call from the response centre to alert us. The panic facility has also been activated in error and within a very quick time we have had a highly professional and efficient operator on the alarm box ensuring that we are ok and ensuring that the correct safe words are used before terminating the call.....the best bit. No extra charges. If we need a camera moved, or new batteries for the window sensors...no extra charge they are either delivered by post the next day or the engineer personally delivers them. Every year we get a comprehensive health check of the entire system and its replaced or repair FREE if necessary. In short this Alarm company does what the bigger ones do for far less but we a much friendlier approach. Anyone wanting a hi end alarm should phone Safe and Secure 24.

I have left 3 phone messages for them to contact me: I pay a monthly charge for technical support and no one has called me back. Not good for a 24 hour service when all calls were made in business hours.
