The Kelso store is well laid out and spacious. The car park is a decent size with the disabled and child parking close to the front doors. There is a cafe, which I have never used. There is a relatively good selection of products and clothing available. However, as a small town store, many products get discontinued rather quickly, especially within the vegetarian and vegan sections. There isn't a huge selection of books, movies, music or magazines. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store itself is quite bright, loud and busy, and as an autistic person i frequently get overwhelmed. Overall, it's a great, convenient store for a quick visit.

Would have been higher but I hear the cafe it to be closed??? Why?? It's a great meet & greet place before or after shopping.. quick snacks for kids after school with mums or grannys.. old friends meet there once or twice a week every wk... cyclists, runners, office & factory workers use it... it's cheap & cheerful! LEAVE IT ALONE FOR GODS SAKES!!

Sainsbury’s Kelso has great facilities and ranges! Great facilities including SmartShop, Argos, Petrol Station (with Costa Express machine), Hot Food and Pizza counters (available to takeaway), Home and Clothing department, photo booth, ATM and Click & Collect Groceries Online. Great ranges including Free-From (Gluten Free), Meat Free and Plant based ranges, Patisserie Valerie, Habitat, Inspired to Cook and many more!
