I come to collect the wooden couch yesterday and I feel I need to send an extra message and could you please pass it on to the warehouse staff. I wanted to say thank you again for how brilliant they were. They all come together to get the couch in the back of the car and we’re all so lovely and helpful. I had travelled an hour and a half (each way) with a toddler, risking that the couch wouldn’t fit in the back of the car. But they were all so polite and lovely and it would have been a struggle without their help. So thank you so much for all going above and beyond. Especially with me bombarding you guys with emails in the morning haha Thank you again for the exceptional service.
