Where to I start. First I was told delivery would be 30-40mins but it took an hour and a half. When I called on two occasions to chase up delivery the gentleman was rude and not sorry for the delay. Having spent £60 I was appalled by the mans behaviour. Now for the food! They forgot to put the sweet and sour sauce in the box. I ordered a mixture of prawn and chicken balls, with only two prawns in the bag. The duck was not shredded so I had to do this by hand and the hoisin sauce was to salty to use. The chips seemed to have been cooked twice and was awful so I could not eat them. The dim sum was disgusting!!! The chicken curry, chicken chow mien and beef in black bean sauce was tasty. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or use again.

Got a takeaway on Wednesday evening. Really impressed. Food was ready to collect in about 20 mins, freshly cooked, crispy beef was nice and crispy, chicken in honey garlic sauce was delicious and had a great texture. Requests for no chilli in some dishes were met. Will definitely use again.

Terrible customer service after waiting over 1.5 hours for food. Ignored when waiting inside to pick up food that obviously hadn't even been started and no timescale as to when it will be ready. Topped off by being rudely shouted at by staff. After many years ordering from here, I will never use this takeaway again. AVOID.
