The best local shop around! Service and staff are the best! The wax melts are incredible, a huge and amazing variety of balloons, cards, banners and much more!! And prices are fantastic, I don’t go anywhere else

I’ve been here many times when it was called party time and always purchased my cards and balloons from there and been more than happy! Unfortunately I purchased a giant helium balloon on Saturday for my grandsons 2nd birthday party on the following day - when I went to party it had completely deflated and I couldn’t use it bearing in mind this cost £10!! When I went back on Monday to ask for a replacement as his actual birthday was on Wednesday I was told NO - I didn’t ieven ask for refund - just wanted a ballon replaced ?!! Customer service abysmal and needless to say I won’t be back - ever!

The shop has so much in it, it's a delight. There are lots of wax melts, loads of bathbombs cards, gifts and balloons. There are some lovely gift ideas and Sam is so helpful, there are so many gift deas and balloons for every occasion.
