I’ve been a loyal customer of the salon for many years and I would not go anywhere else for my eyebrows. The whole team are masters when it comes to brows and I leave with my brows threaded and tinted and looking amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone!

Had my sister dye her hair here and she had the worst experience. They used 2 different shades of blonde on her hair one side one color and the other a different one. After she complained about it they didn’t even care to fix their mistake or refund. Anyone can make mistakes in this kind of job but not owing up to it is unacceptable. They didn’t even care to talk to us, we were completely ignored. Please avoid this place or you’ll end up having a similar experience.

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted here this morning and the lady who did it (I asked her name and then forgot! I think it was Simrin? Sorry!), did a wonderful job! She took care to get it exactly right. I am so pleased! I’ve had my eyebrows done at countless place and this salon is the real deal.

Even though i have been a customer before, I had a horrible experience, where my hair was cut a lot more then we agreed even though she said it was healthy, And then I was charged £68 for a trim, condition and blow dry even though she said 45 on the phone and said this was due to the blow dry. Needless to say i won't be returning again. Be careful,
