It’s not very often that you find a third generation family business, and when you do the customer service is a cut above the rest. As a family, we have used Samkins for many years for fuel, MOT’s, servicing and any unwanted glitches. We have always found them to be knowledgeable, professional and above all else friendly! Highly recommended!

Stopped to fill up with fuel and once arrived my wife realised she had left her card at home, so she used the only cash in her purse being £20. Once the fuel had gone into the car the fuel gauge did not move neither did the milage tank reader. We went back to ask if the pump was working correctly and hot told "it's not my fault you can only afford to fill up 10ltrs' and laughed at. The young lad who is the son of the owners was the most rudest person I have ever came across in my 40yrs of living. He clearly has no manors or respect for the customer as he has been fed a silver spoon all his life by mummy and daddy. My advice to him would be step out into the real world and earn your money and then maybe you may respect the value and also respect people much more. Who is he to judge what people can afford and what they can't. Obviously it's not a problem to him as mummy and daddy line his pocket and he clearly has no real life experiences. I hate people who have no clue and think they are a cut above everyone else which gives them the right to judge others. DO NOT USE THE GARAGE! IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY JUDGED ON WHAT YOU ARE WORTH AND CAN AFFORD! STAY CLEAR PLEASE!

Said they couldn't fit a tyre my elderly mum bought, only their own. If you fit tyres, fit any tyres surely.
