theres1dentevil1 StarWhat can I say that sums up just how bad Sanctuary Housing Truly are. We moved into a house that we were told/promised had just been inspected and Ok'd to find Damp and Black Mould in every room. The walls in the living room where so soft to touch you could put your fingers in them, the house was Condemned and we had to move out, Sanctuary didn't even offer to cover the Cost of having to move to another House not even 2 months after moving in through no fault of ours. The Next house we were told was being prepared (cleaned and refitted) and then inspected while we had to wait in the Condemned House only for us to move in to find Old Storage Heater that didn't and Hadn't worked in what looks like years (No Heating except for Living Room) Damp and Mould in the Corner Ceiling of the Bedrooms, a Hole in the Roof that when it rains a couple of weeks after moving in came straight through into one of the Kids Bedrooms through the Light Socket in the Ceiling (Which was disconnected and Nearly 3 Years later still hasn't been Reconnected or the Roof Repaired) Windows and Doors that don't Seal and let in Cold and Drafts, Damp and Black Mould in/on the Bathroom Ceiling and more but this post is long enough. Suffice to say they are Awful. I can't put a Zero Score so 1 will do.Thursday 13th October 2022

SausageHandler1 Starnot the staff at ely branch, but just as a unit...terrible. we had waited nearly 2 years to get our heating and hot water sorted properly. Every time an engineer came out, they wasn't aloud to touch the boiler as it is an unvented cylinder.....no communication.....two years guys....Tuesday 3rd November 2020

We had to call out an emergency gas engineer, as our combi boiler started to leak, and we lost heating and hot water.
This was on a Sunday morning.
An engineer phoned me later that day, said his name was Matt, to ask me the exact problem, and to let me know when he was arriving.
He duly turned up, was pleasant, courteous and very efficient.
He repaired the leak and stayed to check we had heating OK.
As pensioners we appreciated his professional attitude and want to say a thank you for a five star service.Sunday 13th October 2019
