A bracelet i bought for my fiance broke after buying it and after lockdown eased I came in and they replaced it no questions asked and they remembered me which was handy since I forgot the receipt! Very nice owners and beautiful selection!

Superlative, unrivalled watch repairer and horologist. Local chap from the area. Top class service a lovely shop and surroundings to be in. This is a very high class establishment with a lot of taste. The prices are commensurate and a real saving against the large scale service and repair companies. This is a very welcomed nod, to the boutique style businesses Colchester is famed for from the hey day of yesteryear. 5 well worthy stars * * * * * and I would like to have given a lot more.
