Dearest Sarah, As a COVID bride, it was very easy to feel alone and to not feel like I got a lot of the super close intimate experiences that other brides have had with all of their vendors. You became another friend throughout my entire experience, not only a utterly perfect dress fitting and selection process but also an ear to listen and quite honestly my therapist by the end of it! I will tell my children in the future about the wonderful experience and the moment that I walked into your boutique knowing exactly what I wanted and for you to pull it as a an example!! We just all knew and you were 100% on the same page as me from the get go. Your attention to detail in all elements of the process is utterly jaw dropping and made me adore you even more. What a way to put a bride's mind at ease when your standards were as high as mine. All the way from you purposly and intentionally selecting beautiful british designers to giving me body tape to ensure that the dress sat just so on the day. I was utterly flawed. I have always found it slightly challenging to feel beautiful and to understand why my husband chose me. With your help on my wedding day, I saw myself through his eyes, the most beautiful woman in the room ... inside and out. Thank you 100 times over. Truly what a magical gift you give.

Sarah Elizabeth Bridal is an absolutely gorgeous shop. I have driven past it for years and always imagined trying dresses on there and it didn't disappoint! Sarah was wonderfully inviting and the collection of dresses is beautiful! Highly recommend

I had such a positive experience at Sarah's boutique and just got married last weekend in one of her dresses which I absolutely loved! Sarah’s collection is varied and beautiful – you really trust the quality of the dresses and the service. Trying to get married this year has been very difficult, but Sarah has been brilliant – flexible, great communication, worked safely re: coronavirus, and I have nothing but the highest of praise for her. Because you see whomever you buy your dress from quite a few times, it really matters that it’s someone who you trust and are happy to visit again and again, and Sarah is definitely that person. I’d recommend her to anyone – doesn’t matter how far you’d have to travel to get to lovely Cheltenham, it’s worth it!

I went to 3 different bridal boutiques before entering Sarah Elizabeth Bridal, i was feeling pretty overwhelmed by the process and although i still had time, i was feeling the pressure. As soon as my mum and I met Sarah i instantly felt at ease, the atmosphere was just wonderful and i fell in love with pretty much every dress I tried on, Sarah was so patient with me, talking through different options, letting me try things on again, try veils, shoes etc. I didn't once feel any pressure to make a decision or hurry through the appointment. I knew there were 2 dresses i liked but wanted to go away and think about it, while I was thinking Sarah and I emailed and discussed hair ideas, veils - she already felt like a friend! I now recommend Sarah to every new bride I meet, I honestly can't recommend her or her collection highly enough. I never imagined i would love my dress as much as I did and so much of that is down to my experience with Sarah.
