Just bought a 2006 Honda CRV from here. Car was as advertised. Drove it from Milton Keynes back home to March ,Cambs and car didn't miss a beat. Dealer was easy to work with and i'm really happy with the car.

I was searching for a bmw 1 series to change my current car. My current car is on finance and I needed a trusted car dealership to agree on paying my settlement fee and any negative fee left from that to add to the total price of the car which I was going to put on finance. I found a promising bmw with SB Car Services Ltd on autotrader and got into contact with Kenny, who’s number was listed on the advert. I called Kenny on the 20/09/2021 and agreed to come see the car after work. Once arrived I explained my situation to Kenny, which he was fine with everything. I brought my dad who inspected the car, with having another bmw available making it two on the lot but I was more keen on the one I saw on autotrader first. I was pretty apprehensive to put down a holding fee, as I have had a bad experience before. But I agreed with Kenny that if I pay £100 by the late evening on the 20/09/2021 he will hold the car for 10 working days, which he agreed. I had annual leave booked on the 24/09/2021, Kenny said he would want to inspect my car first to see if it is worth taking on and he will give me the price of the part exchange towards my settlement fee. I agreed to come on 24/09/2021 and if everything goes well. I would start the process of getting the bmw on finance and sorting out my current car. I decided to pay Kenny the same evening 20/09/2021. On bank transfer and texted Kenny to let me know if he had received it, which he confirmed. During the week I sorted out pre-approval for car finance with the bmw and got accepted. So there would be no issues on 24/09/2021, with the scare of me not being approved. Once 24/09/2021 came, I called Kenny, before making my way to his business address, and he let me know that he would arrive around the same time. Once I got there he was standing with his business partner and came up to my car. He then proceeded to tell me that his business partner sold the car on 23/09/2021 without my knowledge. His excuse was he did not tell his business partner about our exchange and he is very sorry, he had been off for three days since he saw me and failed to relay the information. He then tried to offer me the other bmw on his lot and knock of £500. Which I declined as I purposely chose the other car for a reason as I had a chance to see both. He refunded me my £100 in cash, which I preferred and I drove away. As his business partner was staring me in the face and not bothering to approach me.

Do not use. Bought a car from Kenny which has cost me nearly over a thousand pounds in repairs along with no answer to any phone calls, was told the mot was done.. far from it. Was told the car had a service.. all fluids were low. The car has broke down twice all in the space of 2 months of having the car. I would not recommend this company one bit.

Do not buy here, complete scam of a place. Sold an illegal car with a different engine and was not told or stated in paper. Will not repair or refund.
