Ki Aikido is an effective Japanese martial art that allows Students to relink with their own natural potential, to stay calm in front of demanding situations, and that can be studied by all.
Since practicing, Students have found that they manage their stress better, stay level-headed and are more agile.
Flipo-sensei, qualified instructor, teaches in a structured, progressive way.
The club has a warm atmosphere.
We practise at the Unity Partnership Parkway site.
Currently, we do not allow walk-ins due to COVID-19 restrictions.
