Olivia was extremely helpful today buying uniform for September. She gave us a better understanding of pricing using a bundle and not and offered lots of advice with sizing and returning items if needed. She made my son feel comfortable and we were able to buy everything we needed quickly.

Had to buy a full uniform and PE kit today ready for new school in September and it was a very nice and easy process. Lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff knew exactly what I needed, trying several different sizes wasn't a problem and everything was in stock. Very stress free visit, thank you!

Done my school uniform shop today at the West Byfleet store and I had excellent service that was also friendly and Sophie the young lady that served us foud everything we needed very quickly and everything we needed was in stock, really happy with my experience and strongly recommend 😊

I visited the store this week and found out that the shop is under new management with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had called ahead to check stock levels of the specific item I was looking for and the staff member I spoke to suggested putting the items aside for me so we could visit after school. As promised the items were ready and waiting for us to try on and buy. Brilliant customer service, thank you!
