Can't rate the food as they refused to take an order. Called 3 times and they hung up as they don't have time to take an order.... rude staff and very poor customer service.Friday 18th March 2022
Tiffany Marie1 StarMe and my partner ordered 2 lots of chips and gravy, and a portion of bbq ribs. The chips were awful, the gravy was like water and the ribs didn’t taste of anything. He went back for a refund and they gave him £30 so we would keep it quiet. He then revived a phone call from someone who works there asking for us to put a bad review on Google. On the last call they turned round and said we are busy and don't have the time to be dealing with you. All I wanted to do was place an order.
