Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The decor is very luxurious, bathroom perfect with robes and thick towels. Breakfast is great. You wish you could wake up to a view like this everyday. Patricia and Anthony are wonderful hosts. Definitely the best B and B we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot around the world. I have already started recommend in it to my family and friends. Owners Antony and Pat were very friendly. The Breakfasts were Excellent, with a cracking choice. The rooms were lovely, tv/dvd, fridge and whirlpool bath. The "stay safe" regime was very good. Highly recommended. Will be visiting again! 🙂

The location next to Frogmore Creek is perfect for watching the setting sun or viewing the rolling Devon hills. The patio overlooking the creek provides a great focal point for meeting other guests. Dartmouth and Salcombe are easily reached by road, but the Devon lanes are very narrow and need some deft manoeuvring. The walks nearby are stunning. We particularly liked the circular one from Gara Rock which takes you past the ferry stage for Salcombe. It’s a great way of visiting Salcombe without having to drive there. One of the best breakfasts; we started with a selection of fresh fruit and yogurt and then enjoyed the freshly prepared hot dishes. Great linen and a wonderfully comfortable bed, excellent free Wi-Fi. Onsite parking was good. We were disappointed by the road noise. Our bedroom was in the front of the property and close to the A379 Kingsbridge to Dartmouth main road. Despite being a modern double-glazed property even with the bedroom windows closed the noise was intrusive. Late evenings and early mornings were the noisiest with heavy goods vehicles being the worst.
