When i relocated to work in my own office in Wantage I asked a colleague for a local recommendation. He suggested Segais. 15 years later and I haven't been anywhere else. MJ Glaysher5 StarTook my daughter for a cut & the service we had was excellent and far beyond what I expected! She was really nervous and is a very shy child but all staff were so kind and helped her feel welcome and looked after. Her cut (by Helen) was just what we wanted & looked great. Candice G2 StarI’ve had two bad experiences at this salon. The first time one of the senior stylists did a strand test on my hair because I wanted to get foils done and then she never got back to me to arrange a follow up. The second time was more recently. I booked an appointment with my regular hairdresser and when I turned up at the salon they said that someone else would do my hair as my hairdresser (who is a senior stylist) no longer worked there. This was without any prior warning. So they had an inexperienced hairdresser colour and cut my hair, but charged me the same price as I would have paid with my senior stylist. They don’t care about customer service, only money. Would not recommend.Saturday 9th April 2022

M Phipps1 StarHad a consultation with Chloe about getting highlights and a root tint. She told me that my hair was in such bad condition she wouldnt colour it as it would break. I thought this was ridiculous so I went to 2 other salons to get their advice and they told me my hair was dry but in relatively good condition. I have since had my hair done in another salon and it looks great. I think she was inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing so telling me my hair was in bad condition was the best option for her. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend this salon.Sunday 5th September 2021
