Natalie and I instantly got on together, she’s patient, knowledgeable and resourceful. I’m learning a ton of things I never knew existed via Natalie’s custom-made training materials and her expert hand-holding through the whole process. The stress and overwhelm has lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much Natalie.

I attended Engaging Content Masterclass (The Problem You Solve Workshop) last week. It was one of the best I had ever workshops I had been to. Natalie focused the problem my clients were struggling with (as I still was unclear about this as an Entrepreneur) She was lovely and professional abd I came away from this workshop with a clear plan of how to structure my marketing and to whom. My next steps and to follow the plan Natalie gave me in the workshop. Thank you so very much for being so amazing. I would definately attend one of her workshops again.

I was struggling with my website and needed help. My aim was to save money by doing a DIY job on building my own website using one of the platforms that are meant to make it easy, and that would have been fine if I didn't have very specific needs of my website. Trying to DIY it ate up so much of my precious time, plus I felt a lot of overwhelm with trying to google and learn as I went along that I ended up spending weeks/months trying to get it right so it was costing me time, effort and a loss in potential earnings in the long run. I needed particular help with how to automate a lot of the systems, how to integrate email and stripe and the various ways I connect to my clients. Natalie and her team redid my entire website on a more user-friendly hosting site and did it within a week. What a relief. Working with Natalie was beautifully easy. No complications, no big demands, just straightforward instructions and guidelines (visual ones via Loom which works so much better for me than a text/wordy explanation). Communication was also quick and easy - if not done on a Zoom call, we could communicate with great ease and speed using whatsapp with quick info based replies (no need for time wasting politeness!). What I absolutely loved was the very clear lists that Natalie compiled when we had discussions of what I needed to do/provide/prepare and what Natalie would be doing. As a person with certain ADHD, the clarity of instructions took all the stress out of it for me. What surprised me about working with Natalie was that I got through what I needed to provide (which I would normally procrastinate over and avoid) because I understood so clearly what was needed. I am a solo parent, building a business, with huge demands on my time, and to get this done so rapidly has taken such a weight off. Yes, I have had to spend money to get this done. Wish I had done this 3 months ago. What has also been fantastic are all the other resources that Natalie has shown me. The various apps that can help streamline what I am doing and will hopefully save money in the long run too. I am now feeling relieved and light and excited! A big weight has been lifted off and I know that there are many more resources and trainings that Natalie offers should I need them (plus lots of instruction videos so I can update the website myself, going forward). Knowing that I have discovered (thanks to the recommendation of an entrepreneurial business woman friend) a person who is so helpful, so quick at putting everything into action, has helped me put things in order in my brain as well as on my website, has also given me plenty of food for thought. I believe that Natalie is eager for my website to work for me and achieve what I need it to achieve and has demonstrated this in countless ways. You've been fantastic.

I attended online- The Problem You Solve Workshop. I was struggling with clarity on my niche and how to connect with my niche. During the course, we did a thorough analysis and problem solved. By the end, I knew what I needed to say so that my niche felt heard. Moving forward, my following the steps on content creation, I felt confident that I will have a deeper connection with my target audience and ultimately gain more clients as a result.
