Do not use this company. Multiple disputed invoices, delays upon delays, attempted charges for storage, and at the very end 'pay this invoice, without seeing your goods, or the cube will not be delivered.' Phone calls that are not returned, emails that are not answered - the amount of effort to get actual information out of them is shocking. Customer service is a joke to them. Would rate zero stars if possible.

The worst scamming company! Before I made commitments by payment with this company, I called and asked if they are able to move our belongings to Napier, New Zealand. Seven seas assured me that it was fine but instead of a door to door service, they said they can only take it to Napier Port which is ok with me. Now that our belongings have arrived in New Zealand (over 3 months late), they are now denying that the location was ever Napier. During this whole process, when I log in to the client portal to check on my shipment, the destination says Napier. However they have delivered my belongings to Auckland and is proposing I pay an additional NZD 800 + GST to have this move to Napier. Matthew Webster (Complaints & resolution specialist), claim that the ‘destination address’ (listed as Napier) is only for administrative purposes only. You would think that they would deliver to the ‘destination address’. When I requested to have the recordings of the conversation from their company, Matthew makes this process impossible. They said I will need to provide the time, date, person I spoke to, phone number called from which of course I don’t have as it’s been over 6 months ago. Matthew has been extremely rude and unhelpful through this process. Furthermore, they are now imposing an NZD 80 per week fee for storage at Auckland. I feel completely bullied and mistreated by this company. The whole process is extremely misleading, unethical and unprofessional! If I was informed that they could not take our belongings to Napier, I would not have gone with them and sourced another company. I feel they have mislead me intentionally and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They refuse to return the shipment, or give the information required to complete their paperwork, all while charging us for storage. Call centre staff about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

This is the second time I have used Seven Seas and each time everything has gone smoothly. I'm appreciative of the fact that my belongings were taken care of, but also that time schedules were kept and customer service was excellent. The collection and delivery gentlemen were friendly, professional and so very helpful.

Terrible customer service moving our cube from SA to the UK. Was told 6 weeks initially and it will now take almost 16 weeks for delivery!
