Elaine Bird1 StarOrdered a family meal at a cost of over £90. Collected takeaway after staff asked me to check they had the right meal ready for us, get home and parts of our meal were missing.
They refused to refund me the parts missing because they said I had used just eat. I hadn’t I used their own online system.

O Webb1 StarAbsolutely ridiculous. First two times we have ordered we got either the wrong order or the wrong product but gave them the benefit of the doubt. However tonight we ordered and was missing a Curry completely a £10 curry! Ordered on their website. We rang to ask if we could have merely a refund for the missing Curry. No the guy on the phone was rude, said we ordered through just eat even though we have an email confirmation from their website! Said he couldn't refund and then put the phone down. Never again would I deal with someone who takes money for a product and doesn't supply it!!!!!Friday 28th January 2022
