Zaid Dinally3 StarHad to pay first and had queue already. Cannot enter shop so process for serving other people takes longer. Petrol pump takes longer to workFriday 14th October 2022
VM1 StarMy dad and I had a pretty horrible racist Incident today. Where I was trying to pump petrol into the car tank and the asian lady at the front desk turned off the fuel, she proceeded to call me over using a hand gestures, requesting I pay for the petrol first before she turns the pump on. She claimed that the car was unregistered. Which is untrue as it is an EU registered car in which we have never had an issue with any petrol stations in the entire West Midlands area except this one. Pretty appalling behaviour, excluding only myself and my dad out from the rest of the other cars. The other cars plates were not checked either. Imagine having to pay first to use the petrol station. My dad was so upset and went inside to complain. The manager did apologise after arguing for a good 5 mins. My mum uses the fuel station all the time with an a different plate number and we live in the area as well. Just a word of warning, if you are from somewhere else do not buy your petrol here. A very traumatic experience for me.Wednesday 5th January 2022
Connor Paal1 StarThe meter was stuck on 0.00.
I started to fuel my car and it was staying on 0.00, i put around £3-4 in my car then i went to tell the person working 3rd april 2022 at around 6pm. He then told me the bill was £35.03 and that i was lying and that he’s been doing the job for several years, but the fuel had not gone in my car so currently i have paid £35 for around 2 litres. I was wasting my breath with whoever was working disgusting attitude oh and im £35 out of pocket.Sunday 3rd April 2022
