The salesman was a gent and knew his stuff, the system is great i just have so much to learn with it. The technical team are very helpful and the fitting team spot on. Had to wait a little longer than planned and chase a date for install but worth the wait. Still trying to poach that salesman to sell windows for us. cheers guys

Be very wary of this company what the salesman promises you and what you get are two very different things. Misselling what services you get adding on extra charges and poor customer service when it comes to communication and fixing faults seem to be common practice from my experience. I wish I had read reviews before signing up but I fell for the salesman's charm. I am not the only one with these complaints. Many of the 5 star reviews for this company seem to conveniently have the same names as members of staff I have spoken to their. Hopefully I can save someone else from the same problems I am moving on and letting the ombudsman sort out the remaining issues.
