Great customer service, went in as I thought i couldn't post my letter in the post box outside, due to someone putting a red sticker on the front on the box. The Lady who runs the post office went out her way to come and look and let me know I can use it. Eveytime I go there they are so friendly and welcoming.

The opening times on the Post Office website may be wrong. I spoke to the people who work here, and they said that they have told the Post Office about it, but nothing has been done. Onto the review: the staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. Much more so than another Post Office, which I won't name.

UPDATE: After 9 months visited again an I was refused to be served because of negative feedback I gave. Original Feedback: WORST POST OFFICE IN UK Been living in the area for years now and used this post office a few times a month and I can honestly say it has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Today I was turned away by a very arrogant and rude lady behind the counter who quite frankly doesn’t know what she’s doing and shouldn’t be working there if she can’t deal with customers correctly, absolutely distasteful in her attitude and tone - she is completely out of touch with The Post Office guidelines on customer service . Today, when I entered the post office I was informed that from next visit I MUST wear a face mask or I won't be served. She insisted that it's a law. When I tried to explain that waering mask is only mandatory in public transport and everywhere else is optional, she REFUSED TO SERVE ME. I was told to go somewhere else. I would like just to add that she was protected by te glass panel on the till and 2 meters distance was in place. This branch of post office is a total waste of time. So I went to another Post Office with very helpful and friendly staff and no problems at all. Also opening and closing times are by their own choice! Absolutely Awful! Clearly from the reviews, I’m not the only one who feels like this.

Miserable old lady, All she can do is scan items, doesn’t even know how to enter numbers in the system(need training). Excellent customer service with a standard reply: go to other post office, REALLY! Why don’t you just close it down and do a massive favour on locals. PS- leave a note outside the shop, to go to any other post office because that’s the only reply you have.

Being the Christmas season I have been to this post office 5 times in the last 2 weeks! Every time the service has been great, really smiley and welcoming customer service and all social distancing was adhered to. I went in this morning to buy a hole puncher and, as they had run out of punchers on sale, they lent me theirs! Very trusting with their customers, which gave me a nice community feel :)
