Fantastic and professional, the best customer service I've ever had from a company in over 30 years of car ownership. My Mini F56 JCW was involved in a non-fault accident less than 2 weeks ago. I called Snows Accident Repair Centre as they are the approved vehicle body repairers for BMW & Mini. At this point a guy took my details and I then had a call with Maddie, who booked my Mini in for the repair assessment. When I visited Maddie set me up on the system taking my details and immediately reassured me that my 'Molly the Mini' would be well looked after. The accessor Kenny had no hesitation in taking pictures of the damage and assured me they would be back in touch with a quote by the next day. I received the quote promptly and agreed with the guy that hit my car that he would pay them directly. Maddie dealt with me throughout the whole process and she handled everything for me. From booking in Molly my Mini to have the repair done, then contacting the guy to settle the bill and communicating with me the whole time. Maddie is a real asset to the business and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and Snows for your accident repair needs. I am extremely happy with the repair and paint finish looks amazing, you would never know Molly has a new bumper! Thanks so much guys! Very quick and efficient throughout.

Our Volvo was damaged in a "no fault" accident and Snows looked after the repair. The work was of the highest standard, completed over two days and the car is like new again. Our contact was Maddie who has been outstanding. She kept us fully informed throughout and gave us a level of service that is rare these days. She is a real asset to the company. Our thanks too to the people who made such a good job of the repair. After two new Mercedes over the last few years, our experience with all Snows people has been very much better, including of course Chris at your Winchester dealership. The car's not bad either! Thank you.

What an absolutely incredible team. I called seat repairs in a panic after my insurance told me my car would take 2 months to fix with no courtesy car. I got through to Kenny, who was amazing from the beginning. He reassured me that seat would handle my claim from that point on and not to worry about anything. Kenny did more for me in 4 hours then my insurance did in 3 weeks. Him and Sandy were so incredible on the phone, they sorted collecting my car, all the repairs AND arranged a courtesy car to collect the following week in 4 hours! I care for both my parents who need to get to hospital appointments, so this meant the world to me. The most amazing part of it all, was that they felt how horribly I was treated by my insurance and stopped at no end to fix it. I felt like family after I left. The experience was made even better when I met Maddi to collect my courtesy car, she was so warm and welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Again, she understood what I’d been through and made sure I was supported. Within a week my car was fixed to an INCREDIBLE standard. Kenny, Sandy and Maddi are an absolute credit to the team. I owe these 3 a lot and so grateful for the amazing service! I will never go anywhere else.

Snows Accident Repair Centre is the only place that I would take my BMW to be repaired. They have been absolutely fantastic in helping me following a non fault accident. I would recommend Snows to all, don’t waste time calling around to other repair centres! Dan the General Manager stepped in and saved my car from being needlessly written off by the insurance company, for which I am so grateful for. His support and determination to succeed was unwavering from my first telephone conversation with him. Having Dan to help and support me was a relief and made such a difference at a very stressful time. Whilst my car was at their very impressive workshop, I felt confident that it was somewhere safe and being repaired to the highest standard. Both Dan and Maddie on reception were happy to take calls/emails and answer questions at any point which is wonderful service and definitely not something provided routinely at other garages. As for the repair work, my car looks beautiful again and it is impossible to tell it had been awfully damaged along the full length of it and front end! The technicians have done an amazing job, so a big thank you to them too! Thank you so so much, I can’t tell you how pleased I am to have my car back looking perfect 🤩! Della Webb

Dan and Maddie were great from initial contact for a quote, booking in and arranging the work. It was a nice easy process and was given an accurate amount of time it would take to complete. The quality of the finish is spot on from what I can see and the drivers that collected the car were friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use Snows again for a repair.
