DIRE! Terrible service. Bought several 0.5m pieces of cotton, got home, folded them lengthwise to find Stevie Wonder cut them. Went back to the shop and they refused to change them saying it was up to the customer to cut the edges straight!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

We are visiting this shop again today. Lovely shop great staff, can't do enough for you. They gave me a flier with all their opening times as we live a long way away. Excellent service.

Really helpful staff and a great find in Weymouth for all sorts of sewing essentials. Nice choice of fabrics too. The lady in the store was obviously under a little bit of pressure when I visited trying to keep everything safe and running well for her customers. They are operating from the door for casual drop in's like me but offer an appointment service to allow you to go into the shop safely. However, even at the door she took time to make sure I had what I needed and picked out a nice alternative to a fabric I'd seen on line that she did not have in stock. I will be back and can't wait for the restrictions to be lifted so I can browse the store properly whenever I'm in town.
