2 out of 3 doors leak water. There idea of fixing the problem is to put mastic on the inside. They Will not even leave their office to come and see the problem. A truly dreadful company.

AVOID! 10 year guarantee not worth the paper it's written on. Faulty glazing on single pane on French door, despite every other piece of glass in the house being ok and cared for /cleaned as per their recommendations on literature. Initial correspondence sending the picture of the fault had an engineer visit to size everything up to order, no mention of any charges /costs in any of the email correspondence with after sales. One final chase after waiting longer than the engineer had quoted it would take to receive an email incorrectly stating how long we have had the glazing and was considered to be now chargeable.....despite being still in the 10 year guarantee period with still years remaining. Suffice to say will now seek legal action and a small claims court proceedings. Have had a number of other glaziers come around to look/quote and all cannot believe is not being dealt with under guarantee. Expert witness statements from them are being obtained for the anticipated legal process. AVOID!!!
