We've been using Solutions Services for four years now and have had nothing but top quality service from them; the cleaners themselves that come in to us are always prompt and have a cheery demeanour. Over the past years if any problems have arrived, they have been dealt with in a swift manner and Haul-It Nationwide would recommend Solutions Services to any other Businesses in the local area as the services that Solution Services render are very high. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Solutions Services team for providing such a fantastic service. Orders are dealt with promptly and delivered within the next day. It has saved us a great deal of time (therefore money) being able to rely on your Company to deliver orders to our door, rather than a trip to the wholesalers. The cleaning service is excellent (they have even cleaned our microwave!!) and is well supervised and managed. We would not hesitate to recommend Solutions Services Ltd to any business. Sarah Parrin and her team at Solution Services have always provided DKP with an outstanding and exceptional service, the customer service desk and delivery drivers are also very helpful. Delivery of goods are always supplied securely and safely and advised correctly. “In times of urgency” Solution Services always willingly put themselves out to fulfill DKP requirements and have delivered items to us within the hour of purchase orders being placed. Dealt with Sarah at Solutions Services to arrange sanitisation. The customer service I received from Sarah was the best I have received in a very long time. Competitive pricing and a wonderful job. Thank you also to Erika and her colleague who carried out the work in the current climate (during COVID-19 pandemic). I appreciate your time, effort and efficiency and our family now feel safe and comfortable again knowing our home has been thoroughly decontaminated. Cannot recommend this company enough. After many years of great service I felt it was about time I expressed my gratitude and spread the word. Solutions Services have been cleaning our premises, supplying janitorial and laundry requirements for over 10yrs. Their operating standards are so good we have extended our business with them to include manual handling, some construction work, window cleaning and even plumbing. We have always found their response time to be excellent and the staff helpful, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation recommending Solutions Services for all your ancillary needs.

Sarah, Erica and the rest of the team provided an excellent cleaning of our rental property and arranged good local trades for redecoration and plumbing repairs. We were kept informed of progress and they kept to a pre-arranged timetable. Fully recommend.

Solution Services carried out a builders clean for one of our projects at an office refurbishment including cleaning of carpets, windows and toilets etc. on 3 floors. They were punctual, efficient and very professional and the cleaning was carried out to an extremely high standard. Would definitely use Solution Services again.
