Nigel Woonton5 StarWe put our house on the market with Sowerbys and found their initial advice about valuation very helpful. The brochure they produced really showed our property at its best and we soon had a number of viewers. The property sold very quickly, and we were then able to look for a property to move into with confidence. When we found the property we wanted there were a number of complications with the purchase. Grace at Sowerbys King's Lynn was fantastic. She made sure that all parties were aware of the current situation as it evolved and was very good at chasing the sellers conveyancers who were difficult to deal with to say the least. In the end our sale and purchase went through to the agreed timescale which was, in no small part, due to the way Grace involved herself in the whole situation.
