Steve1 StarStopped whilst on a very long journey. The women said our child couldn't use the toilet. Our child wet himself and burst into tears outside. We'd spent over 100 on fuel and 30 on snacks. No customer service at all. They clearly had a toilet on site. Couldn't allow our child to use it..the pub next door was closed which left us with little choice.Sunday 3rd July 2022
oOoOCarlightOoOo1 StarIf you have kids, I wouldn't use the Brent Knoll garage as they seem to think it's ok to accuse a 2 year old of lying! They made my daughter cry her little heart out because the lolly we bought her was broken and they wouldn't exchange it for another one because they said she dropped it, even though it was broken in the packaging because my husband opened it and it fell out as he was opening it! Making a 2 year old cry over a 20p lolly, how big of you!Tuesday 1st October 2019
