He gave us two solutions and helped us stick to our budget.
The company sent someone out and got the job done in under three working days, phenomenal considering how busy they are.

R5 StarI am so glad I made a call to Sparkle My Home. I originally rang to ask for a quote to clean my son's appartment after he vacated it at short notice, since I wasn't happy with the response from his landlord. Gurjit was so helpful and supportive, with lots of good advice. He didn't just see it as an opportunity to accept another job, instead he advised me of the landlord's responsibilities and felt that the charges he was expecting my son to pay, were not reasonable. After a number of emails and txts between my son and his landlord, Gurjit stepped in and intervened. It was so good to have someone supporting us through what was a very stressful situation - Gurjit definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected from any company. The good news is that the landlord agreed to have the appartment cleaned at no cost to my son. So although Sparkle My Home did not carry out the cleaning, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company for great customer service which I can only imagine is reflected in their standard of cleaning.
