Kristian Harley1 StarDiscusting customer service. I have been waiting 4 months (since December 2020) for my Spoon b pipe for my Honda Civic. They dont answer emails, they dont answer telephone calls. I just get a voicemail from Anthony saying 'we cant take your call'. Ive called Taikyu once a week for 15 weeks and sent 4 emails. I understand we are in slow difficult times but its no excuse not to pick up the phone or answer paying customers emails.
Its such a shame that Taikyu represent Spoon who are the foundation to Honda tuning in around the world. If Tatsuru Ichishima knew his business was being delt this way in Europe he would be ashamed!Tuesday 9th March 2021
